Custom Email Signatures in JobNimbus
I’d like to suggest adding the ability for users to create custom email signatures that are automatically included whenever emails are sent through JobNimbus.
Currently, all outgoing emails are sent from jobnimbusmail.com without any signature or personalization. This often causes customers to mistake the messages for spam since they lack identifying information. The lack of customization also prevents us from reinforcing our company branding and professionalism.
Proposed solution:
Allow each user (or account) to set up a customizable email signature with name, title, company, contact info, and logo.
Option to apply signatures automatically to all outgoing emails sent via JobNimbus.

Pinned note that stays at the top of the "Activity" section
Pinned note that stays at the top of the "Activity" section for the sole purpose of a important message for everyone to be aware of that note and avoid additional calls, text or emails from multiple people

Add Ability to add notes and annotations to photos in Forms
We have a specific process when we are at a customer site to take pictures of all areas of the home we may work on and add notes and measurements. Adding the ability to add notes and annotations directly after taking a picture in the forms would allow us to remove another application that we only use for this purpose.

The ability to react to notes within the Activity section
It would be awesome to have the ability to react to notes. This way everyone is aware that the note was seen by the person that was tagged in the note. Currently, there is not a way for the person posting the note to know if the person tagged saw it unless they actually respond to the note. This can clog up the activity feed or the note section with notes that are useless.

Option to Choose Caller ID for Calls and Texts in Engage
Clients see different numbers when receiving calls vs. texts through Engage. He requests the ability to:
Use either the user’s personal number or an alternate number for both calls and texts.
Optionally select per-client whether to use a personal or masked number.
This would improve consistency for clients and provide users control over their caller ID while maintaining privacy when needed.

Ability to See Everyone's Feed
As admins I feel like we should be able to see everyone's feed. For example, small or detailed excerpts when a sales person moved a job, created a job, sent an email. Also, if they left a note. Things like these should be visible to us admins on the Feeds tab.

Base task time template field off of the locations time zone
Currently the template field {{TaskTimeStart}} in our email template shows the customer their appointment time in MST because that's what our time zone is set to in our general settings. However, we have a CO and a TX location. So this is confusing for our TX customers. Can the task time template field be based off of the customers location or off of the company location?

Default back to previous process
We need a default to go back to the previous layout. This layout is not functional for what is needed. We do not need to see financials unless we need to see it -- we need to see all the pertinent info as before. If I need to get the mortgage info to call them I have to open up setting this is absolute ridiculous. My boss is having issues as well. Information is not in one place - we have to go to individual spots to get information this is an absolute mess. Please default or give the option…

Payments - Flexible Payment Option Configuration by Service Type
Summary: Please update the payment feature to allow administrators to select which payment types (debit, credit, ACH) are available for each service or invoice category, rather than a single on/off toggle for both credit and debit cards together. This will provide the necessary flexibility to optimize payment acceptance and compliance across different business units.

Engage Notification takes you directly to the conversation the notification is for.
When you get an Engage notification and click on it, it will not take you directly to the conversation that the notification is for. Instead, it will take you to the assigned conversations you have, and you have to scroll through them to get to the conversation.

As a JobNimbus user working on desktop, I want to receive an alert/notification on the Engage GUI when a new text message arrives, so that I don’t miss important client communications and can respond promptly.Current Behavior
