  1. EXISTING PERSONAL TASK BUTTON AND/OR NOTIFICATIONS - SHORTCUT ON THE TOP OF THE PAGE, NEXT TO SETTINGS

    Rather than going to a report or job board to see my task list, it would be great to have a drop-down menu shortcut on the top page for the list of tasks and @mention notifications.

  2. TABS FOR ACTIVITY, JOBS, FINANCIAL, WORK ORDERS APPEAR ON ALL PAGES

    After saving a work order, most likely we still need to work in the same section, but after saving, after the work order view, the only option is to go to the main job page, to go back to the list of work order page.

  4. Should not have to ask customers to hit "Reply All" on emails

    My only ‘concern’ with this process is we have no control over making sure a customer hits ‘reply all’. I trust this is something that this is something that will change soon. It sounds like a significant area of opportunity.

  5. "Email Work Order" Should Include All Recipients

    When using the "Email Work Order" function, all recipients should be included in the same email as a recipient. As it is right now, some parties get the email showing others that it was sent to, but some parties don't. It prevents subcontractors, customers, and other non-users from being able to reply-all.

    This diminishes communication and makes the Work Order process less useful.

    We need an ongoing conversation about many work orders, and including all recipients in one conversation should not be hard to accomplish.

  6. Edit History for Notes - Audit Trail

    There should be a way to view the edit history of a note. If an edit is made to a note now, there is no way to view what the note used to contain.

  7. Subcontractor's email address added to recipients in Note

    I want to be able to see a subcontractor's email address alongside the assigned team member's email addresses after assigning the subcontractor to the Contact, that way I can email the sub without relating them to the Contact.

  8. Drag an email into a Job

    It would be great if you could drag an email into a job instead of having to forward it. IT takes awhile and we often make errors with writing in the job number etc.

  9. Incoming Emails - assign/attach to a Job

    Allow for assigning an incoming email to a job.

    Currently I receive emails into JN but can not assign them to the appropriate job. This would be useful instead of remembering which contact sent the email to find said email.

  10. Ability to add documents to email templates

    I want to be able to create an email template that contains several documents within it, That way when the customer receives the email, they can click on each document to pull them up to review it, print it, sign it, etc.

  11. Store Frequently Used Email Addresses

    It would be beneficial to have an area that we can store frequently used email addresses within our account. These would be emails that we use regularly in the Other field when sending emails to avoid having to manually enter them every time.

  12. Access list of contacts when sending email

    The new format, makes you put in the email address in, and then you have to add new. Also the subject line erases if you use/add a template. It did not improve the ease of use. If it could access a list of contacts saved would be helpful.

    It would be really convenient if there was a report on my dashboard where I could see and acknowledge @mentions. Having to go through my email or mobile app is really cumbersome.

  14. Mass emails to entire customer base, or customize-able groups within the database.

    I used to work in car sales, and our CRM was a bit more complex than job nimbus, but at a higher cost for the dealership to use. That being said, the CRM admin/Internet Manager could send out mass emails using the existing customer database. They could send a mass email to the whole list, or pick out certain criteria for a targeted email blast.

    It would make JobNimbus a far stronger competitor if this could be incorporated into its abilities. In our case, we are a roofing company. If we could customize a mass email blast to target, for…

  15. More Email Styling options

    I'd like to have a lot more styling options in the emails.

    Bullets,
    -Custom email signatures for each employee,
    -Font sizes
    -Attach directly in email (rather than having to upload every single thing to the customer's file first)
    --OR be able to upload company docs that can be attached to any customer file (catalogs, brochures, etc)

  16. Scheduled Emails

    It would be beneficial to have the ability to schedule emails to be sent on a specific date without having to create an automation. This is because the information within the email is not standardized or a template. Having the option to select which date to send the email would solve this issue for us.

  17. We have been noticing some emails are not syncing properly with JobNimbus vs. Gmail

    We have been noticing some emails are not syncing properly with our Gmail accounts. In some cases the emails are only coming to our JobNimbus gmail notificaitons but are not showing in the client chart. We have also noticed several instances where our emails will stack in gmail and cause us to miss or again not sync with the client file in JobNimbus. I wanted to see if this is something that has been seen in other instances as well.

  18. Adjust time of day Daily Notifications are sent

    Would like to have the opportunity to adjust the time of day that my Daily Digest Notification is sent out. ie, 6 am as opposed to 4 am. I get so many emails that these are difficult to find some mornings.
