Ability to Have Parent Lead Source Type or Task Type
It would be amazing to have a parent lead or task type. This would better help for categorizing. For example, Parent Lead Type can be social media and then under that would be Facebook, Instagram, etc. and a similar style for tasks. This would be amazing later on for the Insights tab by trying to figure out what major type of marketing works better.

Show the Customer field name with a checkmark instead of true/falss on the cards
we use true/false customer fields to list what trades we are doing on a job so they show up at the top of the job description and at the top of the job sidebar. i see that you can reference these custom fields on the cards display on Boards, however when you select the items they show the boolean response (i.e true true false) instead up just listing which fields were marked true. it would help with the viewing experience of the carps if it showed the field name for the cards that are marked true, or even if it…

Creating PDF Scope Documents from Photos
I need the ability to take any number of photos and combine them into one PDF document. This allows you to markup photos or put photos together and then provide these to a crew or the customer so they can see what needs to be completed.
Right now I have to upload the photos, mark them up and then download all the files. Convert them to a PDF on my computer and then upload the file. This is highly inefficient.

Organize Data By Address
We need a way to organize our data by address. A proposed way to do this while keeping the current system of organization, is to offer a 2nd way to view our data and even integrate it with 3rd parties (such as hail tracking programs): At the top where you have Home, Jobs, Calendar... there can be another header called Addresses. Non-US Date Layout on Signed Contracts
Even when selecting a country (and culture) outside the US and enabling international support, the date format on signed contracts is MM-DD-YY instead of DD-MM-YY, this is causing confusion with our insurance company that indemnifies our jobs.

Warning for moving a job to a status that triggers an automation
When moving a job to a status that will trigger an automation, a warning pop-up would be nice, just in case a user accidentally selects the wrong status.

Custom decimal field options to disable auto rounding
When you create a custom decimal field, there is a hard limit that the system will round to. Currently, anything beyond the hundredths place will be rounded, and there is no way to disable that.

Allow the user to set the preferred default drop-down option when viewing the activity page.
Every time you view activity, it defaults to User Created. Being able to set what the default option is.

make the unique identifier the client # NOT the first and last name
the unique identifier for a client should NEVER be first and last name - it should be the assigned client ID#. we gave several clients with the SAME NAME - the system forces you to add a character to make it slightly different- problem being is it shows up that way in all the templates, emails, documents etc. in a database the unique identifier should NEVER be first and last name - always something more specific like the client id # - This is a constant issue for our office with 2 clients with same name that i deal with…

Additional Dynamic Fields for Jobs (Invoice Balance, Job Value, etc.)
Would like a way to easily see the job value and the balance of the job when you click into the job. I know we can set up the profit tracker but it would be very beneficial if in the details of the job we can put in the job value and balance.

Being able to choose what contact information is populated in a NSE estimate
The issue we ran into is they had an old sales user who was no longer an active user and was replaced recently, and it took the system a second to refresh the contact information automatically populated on the estimate. It would be nice if there was simply a drop-down to select which user you would like to populate their contact information on the estimate.

Give Lower Level Users Permission To Delete ONLY Notes
Currently needing to give me team the ability to destroy our whole system, when all we need to do is clear up a mistake in the notes of a contact. Please allow for Delete Note to be available outside of an admin level permission. Thank you

Request for a link when in a contact to click back to the Status
Request for a link when in a contact to click back to the Status. For example, we’ll be working on contacts inside of a certain status, and we need to click back to that status, but the only option is “Go to board” which resets our progress and we have to click a couple more times.

Multiple Workflows/Scopes under 1 Job
The ability to add different scopes of work that are associated with the same job but require different trades/crews and different schedules. For example, if we have a customer with 3 different types of roofing systems (shingles, metal accents, and TPO for their deck) there would be 3 different orders and 3 separate crews scheduled for those scopes. Or if we perform more work at the same location, for example if they build an addition 2 years after we replaced their roof, it would be helpful to be able to separate that scope of work from the original roof work.

Assign Job to Sales Rep Automatically
Currently, we'd have to setup an automation to create a task for someone to manually assign a sales representative. It would be awesome to be able to have leads automatically assigned to a sales rep based on the job type they handle. This may require the option to setup the type of trade each sales rep handles in their profile.

All Automated Engage Activity Displays under Contact
When utilizing an automation to send an Engage message, the information will only log on the primary contact when the trigger record is a Task, Job, or Contact trigger.
This feature is absent when utilizing an automation that triggers from an Invoice, Estimate, Material Order, or Work Order and can only fully be viewed when reviewing the Engage conversation.I would like the ability to see all my Engage activity on the primary contact record as this is the source of the phone number and the activity is logged here when an Email communication is sent.

Add Contacts Button in Top Toolbar & Search In Contacts
Add a navigation button to the toolbar for opening the contacts page. Add a search feature on the contacts list that filters the contacts list in a larger area than the top search bar. The top search bar search is not a good way to see a list of contacts that comes up in the search for a name or address. Search filters in general need to be better.
I have had a Contacts button in the tool bar a time or two and it has always disappeared soon after appearing. My sales people also find this annoying because they…2 votes -
Allow Signature page not attached to an estimate
Sometimes estimates are sent before you have earned the job, when that happens the estimate is signed reflecting the dollar amount, but you have not had the conversation yet about the smaller details like colors. I would like a way to send over those selections for signature. Kind of a "order confirmation" page where they are signing off on product, color, ventilation, etc.
