Ability to track activity on contacts
I would like to be able to see if calls are made to new leads/contacts without creating a custom field or requiring them to move a status. Storm season is here and we have had over 400 leads in the last 10 days. Need an easier way than manually doing this daily.

Work Order Board
Ability to add custom info on the card from the Parent Contact (like Job #) or the Subcontractor assigned to the Work Order. The amount of info that can be put on the card is so limited compared to a board for contacts.

Create a job section for notes only. Notes get lost within all of the activity updates.
If there was a dedicated notes section in each job, it would be easy to see all progress within the notes.

Date created
I would like to be able to include the date a contact was created on the card in boards not just the date the status was changed. I want to know how long that lead has been in my system not just the date it was reset to a new status.

Add an "undo" button for the job boards. Sometimes when viewing the boards you can accidentally move a job to a different status which may trigger automations, and then when you move it back it may re-trigger old automations. Big uh-oh - but not with an undo button.

Assign multiple reps to contacts automatically
Be able to choose multiple users that will be assigned to a new contact automatically.
Assign all past contacts in the system to multiple users using batch (bulk edit) instead of doing one at a time

Show Contacts in sidebar in Board view
In the boards, when you click into a contact/job it takes you directly into that file. Logo would like: If you click on the contact, their file just pops out to the side, but keeping you within that board. So logo can quickly move on to another contact/job. They don't want to have to click the "Back to board" button and then have to scroll over to find the column they were working in

Under status change have a pop up window to make comments - example one of our staus is pre -walk - would be great if we could add notes here instead of everything going into activity feed

Ability to Adjust Default View of Tasks on the New Jobs Experience
When navigating to a job in the New Jobs Experience and selecting the "Tasks" option, it defaults to show me "All" and I would like to be able to choose which one it defaults to instead. In this case, I want "Incomplete" to be visible first.

Navigate to "Contacts" Page instead of "Home" Page after Contact Deletion
When I delete a contact either on the contact list page (https://app.jobnimbus.com/contactlist), or a specific contact itself (https://app.jobnimbus.com/contact/ID), it takes me back to the home page instead of back to the list of contacts. This can be frustrating if I want to delete multiple contacts as I have to navigate back.

Why did you remove the Job name from the Job card?
Why remove the job name from the card on the right? Now I can only see it in the overview. It used to be there above the address. Please please please change it back, that's massively annoying when I have a bunch of tabs pulled up and trying to find a specific job.

Private Notes Easily Identified in website
In the Activity Tab of a job, in the notes: If a note has been marked as "Private," the note in the web based version does not show any indication of that note being private (the phone based app does show these as private). The website version of JobNimbus needs this clarification as well. We currently have to click on "Edit" just to see that the note is or is not Private.

Bring back the "Work Order" tab on Contacts
Bring back the "Work Order" tab on Contacts. If you have a contact with a hundred jobs it is not easy to see which ones might have work order that needs to be completed. As it is now set up, we have to cycle through all the jobs to see which ones are in a status we've created called "work order created". Not a good solution if the contact had 10 pages of jobs. When we had the "work order" tab we could see all the work orders related to the contact. If that's not possible, add work orders to…

allow seperate contacts for jobs
when creating a job, you should be able to add seperate contacts. When we use a contractor they generally have differetn project managers and salesman and we have to manually add emails and phone numbers and scroll to find their info.
