Add additional phone numbers to Job
We do quite a bit of work for property management companies. We have the contact information for the property manager in the contact, but when we enter individual jobs we enter the tenant contact information, there is no ability to "click to call" the tenant's phone number, so we end up having to manually enter the phone numbers.

Additional filtering options and bulk edit from contact list view
I'd like to treat the Contacts more like a standard CRM that we can filter, then bulk edit rather than having to create a report to bulk edit that will end up being removed immediately after anyway.

Have boards show email notifications on the cards
When you are looking at boards, it would be nice to have a notification pop up that an email has been received from the contact to better engage on replying back to the client.

Notes will trigger activities as a update to the contact or Job . This allows features like automations to trigger off notes as well

Lead Importance with Color Coding

Organize Data By Address
We need a way to organize our data by address. A proposed way to do this while keeping the current system of organization, is to offer a 2nd way to view our data and even integrate it with 3rd parties (such as hail tracking programs): At the top where you have Home, Jobs, Calendar... there can be another header called Addresses. ADD LEAD SOURCE TO CONTACTS ON JOBV2
On the new "job experience" Lead Source is ONLY on Jobs not on Contacts. Need this on Contacts levels. Also must be able to run reports on Lead sources to track our lead flow.

Custom decimal field options to disable auto rounding
When you create a custom decimal field, there is a hard limit that the system will round to. Currently, anything beyond the hundredths place will be rounded, and there is no way to disable that.

Allow the user to set the preferred default drop-down option when viewing the activity page.
Every time you view activity, it defaults to User Created. Being able to set what the default option is.

auto fill address
Please for the love of God AUTO FILL THE ADDRESS. You said that it was on your to-do list 2 years ago. It is now 2025 and we still cant auto fill address's. It can't be that hard. please auto fill customer address's.

status restriction
statuses that roles are not assigned to should not be able to pull jobs out of and put in other statuses. If we can limit their ability to move a job to a certain status. We want to be able to limit their ability to move the job out as well.

I’m getting complaints from my estimators about creating a contact through the “add job”. When you create a contact leading into a job I have 4 complaints: Phone number is a required field, email is a required field, the zip code doesn’t auto fill the city, and the state is a drop down selection requiring a break in flow when it should/could default to Washington. I know you can easily change this because none of these are the case when you “add contact”. I want “create new contact” when creating a job to be the same as when you just…

Being able to choose what contact information is populated in a NSE estimate
The issue we ran into is they had an old sales user who was no longer an active user and was replaced recently, and it took the system a second to refresh the contact information automatically populated on the estimate. It would be nice if there was simply a drop-down to select which user you would like to populate their contact information on the estimate.

Referral
I would like when I select referral for lead source that it gives me another drop down to connect a contact to this referral. At that point I should be able to create a new contact if need be or link it to a contact already in the system. Then from that I would like a KPI in the contact so when I go look at that contact I can see "referred jobs" and their status - closed won, lost, waiting for payment, whatever it may be.
