Not Require Adding a Phone Number and Email when adding a Contact.
On JobsV2 I would like to be able to add a contact without having to add a phone number and email. We don't always have that information available when we get a new lead.

Have the option to assign a sales rep to a contact when creating a Job in Jobsv2
I would like the option to assign a sales rep to both the contact and the job when creating a job in JobsV2. This way the sales rep would be able to see the name of the contact.

reply all
When you click reply all in an email it is actually putting the names of the people that the original email was sent to. It should go to the person sending the email and the other recipients. As it is now when I hit reply all to something that is sent to me and someone else it tries to send it back to me.....

Please make V2 available to the Canadian market
We are new to JobNimbus and have been onboarding with V2 but are now trying to use the system only to find that V2 does not allow up to input our contacts in our Canadian market. V2 only has drop down the menu for States (not provinces) and an option for zip code but not postal code.

County Field
It would be great if there was a County field in Contacts. Ideally it would recognize the county that the address is in but just having a field would be helpful. This would help with permitting and save the hassle of figuring out what county each address is in.

Related Contacts view on Job page
I like the new layout on jobs showing the related contacts on the right. Can we have the Primary contact still highlighted in green. Also, include the status to show if it's active/inactive. It would be cool to also have the icon of the Sales Rep or assignee on it in a little circle icon; similar to how it's laid out on the board cards

Option to customize the display bubbles of contacts on the job.
Specifically the option to change the colors of the bubble to more colors than just green or greyed-out.
Also the option to add critical notes or the standing of the customer. Some customers we just never want to work with ever again, and it'd be nice to have a way to clearly label that without having it in the display name (which can show up in other places such as estimates/emails/etc).2 votes -
Being able to send an estimate for a signature and type a personal message with it.
Right now I email the estimate with a personal message and when they want to sign they have to let me know and I have to resend for signature.

Ability to track activity on contacts
I would like to be able to see if calls are made to new leads/contacts without creating a custom field or requiring them to move a status. Storm season is here and we have had over 400 leads in the last 10 days. Need an easier way than manually doing this daily.

Work Order Board
Ability to add custom info on the card from the Parent Contact (like Job #) or the Subcontractor assigned to the Work Order. The amount of info that can be put on the card is so limited compared to a board for contacts.

Create a job section for notes only. Notes get lost within all of the activity updates.
If there was a dedicated notes section in each job, it would be easy to see all progress within the notes.

Date created
I would like to be able to include the date a contact was created on the card in boards not just the date the status was changed. I want to know how long that lead has been in my system not just the date it was reset to a new status.

Add an "undo" button for the job boards. Sometimes when viewing the boards you can accidentally move a job to a different status which may trigger automations, and then when you move it back it may re-trigger old automations. Big uh-oh - but not with an undo button.
