    You can use Email Templates to add signatures for each user when sending emails from either the Add Note feature or when sending automated emails.

    Direct email signatures per user from their profile is still on our development list but this is a great workaround in the meantime.

    This is a great example, thank you for sharing! We have many of these same ideas for improving our existing share feature and are working towards that.

    Thank you so much for sticking with us and for providing these great suggestions. I’ll be sure the dev team gets this info and can work towards making it happen!

    Our previous CRM also had a dedicated customer portal where they can even access a history of all the jobs we have done for them. They can even download account statements for all the invoices they've paid. The current JN sharing method is not mobile friendly either.
