Grouping Products and Services
Would like to see the option for Service Packages included in Settings. This would enable us to have a simpler option for Estimate building and Budget creation as opposed to the lengthy process of adding each individual Product/Service; this would more appropriately serve the way we currently operate

The option to have emails sent inside of JobNimbus to show from a custom email address and not the @jobnimbusmail email for team members

Automation to update what person(s) are current assignees through a job workflow.
As a job moves through different stages of a workflow, different people are responsible for that stage of the process and it would be nice to be able to create an automation to update that job field when the job hits different statuses throughout the life of the job.

Using automations to update estimate/invoice status
The ability to set an automation to change the estimate to "approved" and the invoice to "open" when the job or contact is moved into the "sold" status. In other words, building out automations to be able to do more than create tasks or send emails.

Edit saved units in Products and Services
User would like the ability to edit and delete a saved unit type and not add a new one.

View only access profile option
Add an option to create a view only access profile. Users that are assigned to this profile would be able to view the contacts/jobs assigned to them (limited access) but they wouldn't be able to edit the contact, change the status, add notes, documents, or photos. Simply just view the information on the record.

Delete Inactive User Completely
In my company we don't need to see any info from users who have been made inactive and would like to not see them come up in reporting.

Work orders and automation
Trying to automate work orders when completed to move the parent contact from a certain status to another status, the issue is that we may have multiple work orders for one job but only one work order for another, then when we move the worker order to completed it wont move the parent file to the new status because only one work order was created. Is there a way to base the status change regardless of how many work orders you create for a parent file?

View Automation Activity
I would like to be able to view activity for changes within the automation so I can help troubleshoot when automations have been modified and if that would have caused one to trigger unexpectedly or not.

Automations to Change Work Order Status
Would like to be able to Work Order status as an option in the actions of an automation. For now, actions can update contacts and jobs, but it would be helpful if it could update the Work Order too.

Products & Services Lookup Improvement
Whenever entering the name of a Product or Service(Estimate, Invoice, Material Order, Products & Services), it has some suggestions, but they do not include the descriptions. With the 31 character limit on the names, it would be very helpful if the descriptions also showed up with the names to make it easier to identify the proper item before selecting it.

Triggers need a HUGE upgrade.
I can't seem to narrow the automation by Workflow type unless I am using the Contact or Job as a trigger.
This issue caused an abundance of automated text messages to go through during our initial sync that we did not anticipate (though we probably should have, hindsight is 20/20).
Customers whose invoices were paid months ago were sent text messages thanking them for paying their bill. I could go in and change all of my automations related to Invoices and Estimates to workaround this, but it just feels like that takes away from the usefulness of this automation system...…

Recurring Automations
I would like to set up recurring automations so it runs every 30 days or so instead of setting up rules for 30, 60, 90, etc days

Conditional Logic for Required Fields
Not sure of category...
Currently we are able to mark Contact Fields as Required.
The issue is that it is all or nothing.
Would like to be able to use conditional logic to assign these as needed, not on all clients or stages.Examples:
If a client is moved to a sold status, a sale date would be required.
If lead source equals Referral, referring individuals name and email would be required.These are specific instances, but this would be useful across industries.

Force log out a user
Need a way to force log out devices and changing the password won't force you out.
