Automate Status Change of Child Records (Change WO Status when Job status is changed)
Our Sales Rep creates his WO's right after haveing a contract signed. The Production Manger authorizes them later in the workflow after a Job approval process. When the rep creates the WO's they start in a pending status. When the Manager later authorizes the Job it would be nice to have the status on all WO's change the status to the next WO status. (for example "authorized). This would allow us to create a board that starts tracking the WO at "authorized" and have all the WO's show up automatically. Improve Search for Products & Services on Financial Documents
Whenever entering the name of a Product or Service (Estimate, Invoice, Material Order, Products & Services), it has some suggestions, but they do not include the descriptions. With the 31-character limit on the names, it would be very helpful if the descriptions also showed up with the names to make it easier to identify the proper item before selecting it.

Automatically Assign contacts or jobs to a user
Automatically assign a contact or job to a JobNimbus user based on workflow status. For example assign Robb as the assigned rep when the status changes to "schedule appointment".

Turn off Automation for individual customers.
The ability to turn off an automation for certain customers then turn it back on once the customer catches up in the process they have laid out.

Have an automation to automatically send out invoice receipts. As far as making sure the paid invoice receipts are being sent out to the clients email listed.

Customization
For those of us who are technologically savvy, include an "editor" or "admin" option to allow even further customization (versus having to come here to request it be developed) as seen in Salesforce or Monday.com.
Perhaps start a beta program for this? I would love for JN to be our company's HUB instead of using 20 different programs.

Automation to update what person(s) are current assignees through a job workflow.
As a job moves through different stages of a workflow, different people are responsible for that stage of the process and it would be nice to be able to create an automation to update that job field when the job hits different statuses throughout the life of the job.

Should be able to custom build your own estimates
We should be able to create our own template for estimates.
Instead of only being able to create a document we should basically be able create a spreadsheet type of estimate that we can customize.
Be able to pull in code from item on products and services to make it interact on a document

Using automations to update estimate/invoice status
The ability to set an automation to change the estimate to "approved" and the invoice to "open" when the job or contact is moved into the "sold" status. In other words, building out automations to be able to do more than create tasks or send emails.

Edit saved units in Products and Services
User would like the ability to edit and delete a saved unit type and not add a new one.

View only access profile option
Add an option to create a view only access profile. Users that are assigned to this profile would be able to view the contacts/jobs assigned to them (limited access) but they wouldn't be able to edit the contact, change the status, add notes, documents, or photos. Simply just view the information on the record.

Delete Inactive User Completely
In my company we don't need to see any info from users who have been made inactive and would like to not see them come up in reporting.

Work orders and automation
Trying to automate work orders when completed to move the parent contact from a certain status to another status, the issue is that we may have multiple work orders for one job but only one work order for another, then when we move the worker order to completed it wont move the parent file to the new status because only one work order was created. Is there a way to base the status change regardless of how many work orders you create for a parent file?

Automations to Change Work Order Status
Would like to be able to Work Order status as an option in the actions of an automation. For now, actions can update contacts and jobs, but it would be helpful if it could update the Work Order too.
