TEXT INVOICE TO RELATED CONTACTS
CURRENTLY, YOU CAN ONLY USE THE "SEND TEXT" INVOICE FEATURE TO THE NUMBER ON THE PRIMARY CONTACT OF A JOB. SOMETIMES WE NEED TO SEND THAT SAME TEXT TO THE RELATED CONTACTS ON A JOB.

Hold Smart Invoices
When creating a smart estimate template, it takes a lot of time. It also may take a lot of people to collaborate. I would like to save an unfinished smart estimate template. At this time I can only save it if everything has been filled out. If I run out of time, or need to take care of something that suddenly comes up, I will lose all of my effort.
I suggest adding a "Save and Finish Later" button to the template so that all my work is not lost if I do not have the time to finish everything.4 votes -
More detailed Budgets
We would like to adjust our budget columns to allow more detailed data for us to see reporting per job.
We'd like them to be set up similar to Crystal Reports where we can have multiple lines for each trade, so "roofing" would have 2 columns, one for what we are charging, and one for our cost. Then "gutters" has the same 2 lines, o ne for what we charge, and one for our cost.
Then we'd like totals for both columns, to see our total cost and total charge so we can track more in depth what our profit…1 vote -

For budgets, it would be great to be able to have them sync to Quickbooks for commission payments purposes .

Smart Estimates Upgrade
It would be so much quicker if each item had its own formula for calculating material. For that, a "measurements" tab would allow to enter all measurements for a job, then when creating an estimate, each item could be easily calculated using their own formulas and the measurements provided. The way it works right now is cumbersome, and it does not integrate with my saved estimate templates. When a similar material item has different coverage (one would cover 20' and the other would cover 33') I need to create a whole new smart estimate to account for that small change.

Organized Products & Services List when adding items to Financials
Products & Services dropdown list when adding items to financials should be alphabetical, or at least organized in the same way every time.

Estimate Total field at bottom editable
Would like to have the total price editable. We would like to put in our product list and then a total contract price and then the system will auto calculate the price on each product.

Create A Separate Summary of Markup vs Additional Markup
I'd like to be able to use the main line item markup section as overhead recovery, then have additional markup on top of that. This would be atainable with a workaround if the estimate breakdown showed the line item markup as a separate subtotal before the additional markup.

Currently you can only set margin line by line or for the whole estimate. A function to set each section at it's own margin would be helpful.

Formatting options for text in special instructions on invoices. I would like to be able to highlight the text to bring attention to it at the bottom.

Attach photo to payment
It would be great if there was a way to attach a photo to a payment in JobNimbus in the financial tab. For example, if we log a check payment, being able to attach a photo of this check directly to the payment would be very helpful.
