Multi-Building Estimates in a Single Estimate
I’d like the ability to create a single estimate that includes multiple buildings (like a house and a garage) with separate sections the customer can view and optionally include in their bid. Currently, we use the "Good / Better / Best" format for upgrades, so it can’t be reused for building separation. Expanding the number of quote option pages or allowing a 4th or 5th option with the good/better/best would streamline our workflow and make the estimate clearer for the customer, without requiring separate estimates for both the separated garage and residential roof on the same job.

Templates for "Cost" in Profit Tracker
It would be helpful to be able to make templates for the Cost tab if we are entering information manually. Being able to create a template would save us a lot of time.

Automate changing an invoice status
I am using an email automation to send an invoice link to our clients when an invoice is created. However, this does not update the invoice status to "sent". I would like the invoice status to update when an invoice link is sent to the client through automation.

Option to remove sales rep's email and phone from cover page
We do not want our clients to email or call our sales rep, but to have the office number and email only on the front page. Currently there is not a way to remove this information from the cover page.

Credit Memos Count for Actual Revenue in Profit Tracker
Credit memos should be taken into account in profit tracker for actual revenue. Right now if there is ever a credit memo the profit tracker is wrong.

Keep Legacy Invoices
Logo is concerned that the new invoice format, when they toggle 'Try the New Invoice Experience' will be the permanent format moving forward. Logo likes the older invoice format as they're able to edit the description box for line items.

Ability to relate multiple jobs to one profit tracker report (specifically for actual revenue)
I'm a fence contractor and often have to split quotes out based on one or more neighbors contributions.
To do this, We create separate "Jobs" for each customer and they all have their own paper trail.
However, for Work orders, Materials, and Budgets, we use on master "Job" and manually enter the information.
With Budgets going away, we are going to lose a way to track these projects.
Being able to link multiple jobs to one profit tracker would be very helpful. Or the ability to manually enter payments would be helpful also.
Splitting jobs between neighbors is very specific…

Estimates Pending Signature Total For Board Columns
We are able to do {{last_estimate}} on board cards, which is great. But we would like to be able to do the same for the options for the column totals.

Sales Rep Signature for Estimate
I’d like to suggest adding a feature that allows a sales representative or company representative to also sign estimates within the platform. Currently, only the customer has the ability to sign the estimate, but it would be helpful and more professional to have the ability for someone from our team to counter-sign the document once the customer signs.
This would create a more complete and official agreement and improve accountability and documentation on both sides.

Profit Tracker Item Descriptions for Imported Items
Wanted: the ability to add descriptions to items pulled from Work Orders and Material Orders in the Profit Tracker to more easily differentiate which items are which.
In the Profit Tracker you can now import work orders and material orders - which is great, but there are some limitations that I am not liking. One of them is that all of the work orders we assign have LABOR listed as the line items for all of our subcontractors - which becomes very confusing in the Profit Tracker when there are more than one sub on a job - if at…

Create new Email Templates in Estimate Email Settings
In the new sales experience estimate settings, there's premade email templates for different situations (Sent for signature, document signed with deposit requested, etc) that you can edit and customize.
We would also like to be able to create new templates here, to have multiple options for each situation such as 3 templates to choose from for the document signed with deposit requested situation.

Template field options for Customer Notes on Invoice
We like to add details about the invoice in the customer notes, it would save us a lot of time if we could add template fields or short codes to the invoice or invoice templates to automatically insert things like the customer name.

Being able to apply a JNP payment to an invoice on a different related record
You are unable to apply a JobNimbus Payments create payment to a related invoice on a separate record. For instance if the JNP payment is logged on the job and you want to apply that payment to the invoice on the contact, it does not allow you, but you can do it with a manually created and logged payment.

Fix error when adding a credit/discount line item in NSE Estimates
If you type "-25" in the price box for a line item on the new estimates experience, the system shows an orange error bar up top and changes the result in the price box to "NaN25". You have to instead type in "25" click out of the box, then click back on the box to type the "-" before the numbers in order for the system to accept the credit/discount amount properly.

Estimate reply to not go to external email
When an estimate is sent, and a customer replies to that email, it goes to the user's external email instead of JN. Would like settings to control this

Easier to Include Company as Default Signer on NSE Estimates
In legacy estimates, we could easily add a company representative to sign the contracts. My attorney tells me our contracts are not valid unless both parties sign. Please make it easy to add the sales rep or company owner, etc, to the list of signers, with the ability to sign from within JN. Even better would be if the company representative can automatically have their signatures added to the contracts.
