DESPERATELY NEEDED ADDITION TO THE PRODUCT CATALOG AND QUOTES FUNCTION
Adding a section on each line item to add internal notes such as bulk cost breakdowns, part numbers, last time pricing was updated notes, etc. BuilderTrend has this functionality and it is so helpful in both the price catalog and when writing quotes.

Ability to lock estimate pricing
Have the ability to lock certain estimates templates so that the prices cannot be changed. This would ensure salesmen do not have ability to change the price. Also, provide the ability to be able to assign estimates templates to certain reps.

Ability to select additional recipients for payment receipts
Have the ability to select additional recipients to receive the payments receipt when collecting a payment through Global Payments integration. Currently only the sales rep and primary contact get the receipt.

Custom Status for Financial Documents (Estimates, Work Orders, etc)
Would really like to have the ability to create custom statuses (maybe even rename some existing) for Estimates. Lots of different use cases I'll list a few more critical for our operations.
- The ability to have an "on hold" or "future re-bid" type status for an estimate that needs to be followed-up on in the future.
- The ability to have an "options" or "not selected" type status for when we present multiple bids (good, better, best) or multiple phases (broken into individual estimates) to a customer and they select one, but we don't want to mark the others as denied…

Voided Invoices zero out the total.
The ability to void an invoice and have the total reduce to zero from that action.

Work Order Options
Currently on work orders when your starting a new one, the date is automatically selected. Logo would like the option to turn this off. They would also like to be able to have their "saved work order" be able to correlate with the "type" when they select it.

Customize Payment Terms
Payment Terms should pull from the main customer account in QBO and / or be customizable in JN. Should be able to set customer payment terms, tax rates, discount terms at the customer level and have it pull into the job account instead of having to set it on each invoice. Estimates should have a place for payment terms.

Save Feature
I'd like to have the option to SAVE my documents/ estimates/ invoices while I'm working on them (without it closing on me); Sometimes they are quite long and I've accidentally closed the screen after spending a long time on entering information. The only option is to save and close now

Percentage Rate Viewing Budgets
It would be incredibly beneficial to be able to have the percentage rates visible on my budgets outside of the editing view. It makes it difficult to have to select edit any time we want to know what the specific percentage rate is on a line item.

I see on the cover page of nse you can included the sale rep email and phone number but you cant included their sale name and buisiness information.

Profit Tracker & Commissions Need Option for Percentage of Actual Profit
We need an option to define commission as a percentage of the actual profit. ALSO In the Job Overview page, under the financial summary, under the Job Value, it would be helpful to have an option to change planned profit to actual profit

The rep or person assigned to be able to be a authorized signer. So both homeowner and Rep can sign
The thing is you have to manually put the name of the rep and also the email for both to sign. It would be so helpful if the rep that was assigned to the job is another signer along with Homeowner.

Emailing Estimate to the customer
Have the email template that is set up show up in the email box when sending the estimate to the customer so that we can see that there is a message there and it doesn't look like a blank message being sent to the customer.
