  1. The rep or person assigned to be able to be a authorized signer. So both homeowner and Rep can sign

    The thing is you have to manually put the name of the rep and also the email for both to sign. It would be so helpful if the rep that was assigned to the job is another signer along with Homeowner.

  2. Emailing Estimate to the customer

    Have the email template that is set up show up in the email box when sending the estimate to the customer so that we can see that there is a message there and it doesn't look like a blank message being sent to the customer.

  3. Material cost in the estimate should reflect the total coming from supplier INCLUDING TAX

    When preparing an estimate, there should be an option to calculate the tax that will be paid to the supplier along with the material order. This ensures that the material cost in the estimate reflects the actual total cost, including tax, rather than just the pre-taxed subtotal of the materials needed. Since this doesn't currently build in the tax we will pay to our supplier, the tax that ultimately is charged on the material list cuts into our profit margin since it wasn't accounted for in the estimate.

  4. Add unit of measure to Estimate Details in the Estimate Layout

    Unable to show both quantity and unit of measure on an estimate layout for the estimate details page. Also, no control over what quantity is showing... measurement or order quantity. Example, I estimate 20SQ in asphalt shingles and include a formula in the order calculation translating SQ to bundles. Bundles are what are showing as quantity in the Estimate Layout/Estimate Details pages.So, in summary, can only show a quantity and the quantity is not translatable to the homeowner who may be comparing multiple bids and looking to see if quantities are similar across contractors.

  5. please allow more the 31 characters in the product name

    only being allowed 31 characters in the product name is a pain it would be nice to be able to have more.

    I tried to enter (Chimney flashing w/ counter flashing) and it is too big so I had to drop the last flashing to make it work

  7. Additional Item Types for Products & Services

    Currently you can only identify a product or service as 'labor' or 'material'. This makes it difficult to accurately job cost when we have to include other items/services in our estimates and jobs such as equipment rentals, disposal fees, permits, and other administrative/miscellaneous costs that don't necessarily fall under 'labor' or 'materials'. It would be nice to be able to categorize those items accordingly so we can accurately budget for these items.

    Additional item types could include:
    Equipment
    Disposal
    Other (this would be for any other product or service that doesn't fall under labor, material, or the two listed above)

  10. NSE - Product selections populate automatically into orders

    Homeowners complete the product selections space on the Authorization page with information on colors. It would be helpful if this information populated directly into the JN orders so that office staff have all the information they need directly on the order instead of going back and forth between the signed estimate and the order. it would also minimize errors when entering the correct colors because it auto-populates those fields.

    Introduction page should have on it the sales person's name, the phone number should have parenthesis and/or a dash in the appropriate places and the company's contact information. Also, the company contact information would be nice to see.

  14. Batch ALL FEES associated with JN Payments ONCE per month!

    PLEASE process Credit Card and Check Payments exactly as they are requested/offered. THEN at the end of the month/or beginning of the following - deduct a ONE TIME PAYMENT of all fees batched together for the entire month. This will GREATLY simplify users accounting issues and stop each payment from having TWO line item payments associated with one invoice. It will remove the issues suffered due to additional fees. I truly believe you will get more buy-in on the JN payments option if you streamline and simplify the fees into ONE LUMP Payment. Vote Everyone! This will take away a…

  16. Payment Receipt Notification Emails

    Currently, when customers submit payments through JNP, the payment receipt email gets sent to the customer and sales rep. As the owner, I would like to receive these emails. Having a way to choose who these emails go to would be very helpful. The notification emails from the payments portal look different and I prefer the layout of these payment receipt emails.

  17. Auto assign sales rep to new work orders

    Ability to make new work orders auto assign to the sales rep rather than the assignee. Our leads come from SalesRabbit and only assign the sales rep. This causes confusion when someone else makes the work order and it doesn't auto assign the sales rep to the work order
