Automatically Resent Estimates to Show in Activity Feed
When Estimates are sent for signature, there is a chance that the signing link will expire before the homeowner signs it. When that happens, clicking the link triggers the automatic sending of a new email. However, this doesn't currently add an activity in JobNimbus. It would be a lot more helpful if it created an activity that indicated it was a resend due to an expired link click.

Add Photos to New Material Order Tool
On legacy material orders, we could add photos to the order for our supplier. This was especially helpful when we needed to order something unique, like a skylight.

Internal View for New Sales Experience Estimates
Every Time a contract is signed, I am not allowed to open the contract or "edit" it. The problem is that after the signed contract is approved, my team cannot open the Quote Details page with the Hidden Sections which contain important details. We have to duplicate the estimate in order to see what was included. Very Annoying.

Save Estimates to Documents Tab
When I order an eagle view through job nimbus there is an extra step that requires me to apply the eagle view once the order is fulfilled. This also happens when I create an estimate it will sit in the estimate section of the job but not be applied to the documents. Be very nice if both of these items were automatically put into the document section so they can be attached to an independent email created.

Easier to Include Company as Default Signer on NSE Estimates
In legacy estimates, we could easily add a company representative to sign the contracts. My attorney tells me our contracts are not valid unless both parties sign. Please make it easy to add the sales rep or company owner, etc, to the list of signers, with the ability to sign from within JN. Even better would be if the company representative can automatically have their signatures added to the contracts.

No Email Necessary; for Approval on Estimates to convert to an Invoice
If a customer does not have an email address and we manually "Approve" the estimate we do not need to make a "fake" email address for the customer, to mark it as signed and then, be able to convert to an invoice! If we mark it "Approved" and make note of how it was approved (in person, over the phone, signed sheet, etc.) and just be able to convert it to an invoice anyway, should be an option.

Financing Show All Options on NSE Estimate
Currently, with the Sunlight Financial Integration on the New Sales Experience, can only provide one financing option at a time. It would be better if we could just have it show all the options, and the customer could then choose. This would reduce the time for us and allow the customer to make that decision themselves.

Show DEBIT/CREDIT on Payments
With the new fee passing update of 12-4-2024, debit cards now result in the fee going to the Company. However, cardholders don't always know if their card is a credit card or a debit card. This results in potentially getting hit with a fee that is ~3% of the contract value. We need a way to handle this so it doesn't happen unexpectedly. Possibly something that tells the client if it is Debit or Credit.

Canceled Payments Notifications to Customer
When a payment is cancelled, generate an email to the customer and to the company email. When the payment is cancelled, returned or voided remove it from the invoice where it was applied and show in Job Nimbus the updated status, such as "voided" , "returned", etc.

Less Scrolling on Invoice Page
With the new process spreading the financial documents out and requiring scrolling to be able to view everything (notes and line items together), and the legacy process allowing everything to be seen at once, doesn’t the new way seem counterproductive since you have to go back and forth…and less efficient since more time is spent scrolling back and forth making sure everything is notated correctly corresponding with the line items?

"Show More" Product Option on NSE
Allow a "show more" drop down when searching a product to add as a line item. In Legacy Estimates it gives you the option to show more but with nse its only the first 6 in alphabetical order.

🪲Bug/Issue with Markup calculation in Reports🪲
I've stumbled across a bug where the markup calculation isn't able to generate because "Cost" and "Total/Revenue" are equal, despite cost being different in the estimate. After some research, the common denominator appears to be single line estimates where the Product has a UOM of "Item"

Payment Receipt Notification Emails
Currently, when customers submit payments through JNP, the payment receipt email gets sent to the customer and sales rep. As the owner, I would like to receive these emails. Having a way to choose who these emails go to would be very helpful. The notification emails from the payments portal look different and I prefer the layout of these payment receipt emails.

JobNimbus Payments: Separate charge for ACH fee
There should be a separately charged fee for ACH payments processed through JN Payments. We just started using the new payments system and it is really messing up our accounting by pulling the fee directly out of the invoiced amount.
Example) Invoice for $2,600 --> $13 fee charged to us --> $ Received payment of $2,587
Our quick workaround has been to alter the total invoice amount to the amount, post fee, so our synced payments can be tied to a specific job during our accounting/reconciliation. This will get exceedingly annoying if we keep using this payments system.

Duplicate an Estimate
There is a duplicate feature, but it cannot be used to duplicate an estimate. It would be a lot easier to duplicate an estimate in case we need to move an estimate to another contact, a related contact, or second job under the same contact, etc.

Send email with multiple attachments that can be signed
Create email using a template then add an estimate and other documents that need to be signed. Currently 3 separate processes. Send an email, send an estimate with out the verbiage you need in body of email. The crest document and send that to be signed

Don't automatically round line items
Line items are automatically rounded up to the nearest cent. Add ability to disable that for things line insurance claims where they have to match exactly.

Accept/Apply payment to multiple invoices on Mobile
I'd like to be able to apply a payment to more than one invoice or split the payment between multiple invoices.
