Allow different email and phone on job
I would like to see an additional email and phone number in the jobs. Some jobs under a contact might have a different person of contact from other jobs. Example of this would be, we are currently dealing with a large property management company that pays the bills, but has 3 managers that are in control of a certain amount of buildings. I would like to be able to leave the primary contact as the property management company with their information and then be able to put the specific managers info in the jobs for direct communication with them. Connecting Work Orders with Their Subcontractors
It would be very convenient if work orders assigned to subcontractors would appear in the work order tab on their contact page! It seems like the program used to do this, but doesn't anymore.

Referral Name Textbox for Lead Sources
I would like the lead source option "Other" to give sales reps a field to enter a name. Currently I have a custom field for "Referral Name," but I have to run two separate reports (built-in and custom) to get a detailed view of my lead sources.

Multiple Statuses for Jobs/Contacts
For example, if we collected a payment, while waiting on status of an inspection, I would like to have 2 statuses active showing that we did collect the payment, and that we are still waiting on inspection.

When configured to use jobs, limit what entities can be attached to a customer
We need the option to disallow creating, financials, attachments, etc when JobNimbus is configured to use Jobs.
When a customer record is selected, it should only show the list of jobs related to the customer and have the ability to create a new job.
We often have salesmen attach documents and financial info the the customer record instead of the appropriate Job. You can't move them, so it is delete and redo.

click on address on profile card and a new window opens showing on Google maps (web browser version)
using web version - click on address in either profile card or job task and a new window opens to Google maps. Acculynx has this feature and it is awesome.

Different Fields for Different Contacts
Since Customers, Subcontractors, Suppliers, and Adjusters are all (for some reason) under the umbrella of "Contacts," we really need a way to keep our Custom Fields separated by Contact type.
For example, I don't have any need to input a field for a Customer, when I am entering a new Supplier or Adjuster.

Pin important Notes to top of activity
It would be nice to be able to flag or pin important notes that would stay at the top of the activity so important items do not get buried

The “Description” field on Contacts and Jobs is sometimes used as a “permanent note” that always stays at the top, but your idea will be great to have alongside that to make notes more dynamic and useful.

Conversation notes vs Individual Notes
At present, notes are entered individually; and when someone "replies" to the note, one has to go find it somewhere in the Activity time line. It would be nice if there was a conversation feature whereby a note can be responded to or comments trails made a part of it (like a blog post) so one can reply to that note specifically.

Quick Actions for Board Cards
When updating cards on the job boards, it would be immensely helpful to have a few quick actions available if you right-click on the card. Some ideas would be:
1. Edit Start/end date.
2. Move to - [choose status] - for some of our longer boards it would alleviate the scrolling to the appropriate list.
3. Mark Subcontractor/Crew as Complete - allow us to mark a sub as complete to help with progress tracking. This feature could put a line through the subcontractor circle, bonus points if we can add the date it was completed!

Option to make Built-In Fields Required/Mandatory (e.g. Lead Source)
Really need to be able to require specific fields in the contact & job information, ESPECIALLY lead source.

More than 35 options available for Options List custom field
I need more than 35 text and options list in Custom Fields. I have important information that needs to be conveyed to everyone. Preferably I should have unlimited text and options lists.

• Allows Contacts to inherit attributes from Companies
• Several Contacts under one company
• Associate a Company with a Job

'Records Per Page' Setting in Contacts/Jobs List View
When viewing the list of jobs on the jobs database, it only displays 10 at a time. I see there is a place to customize the "list" however it doesn't give me the option to choose how many are displayed. I'd like to have the option on here to adjust the number of jobs displayed just like we can in reports.

Activity Default to "All" instead of "User Created"
We would prefer if the activity for a job populated to "All" instead of "User Created" (or make a setting to change in back end) because we have to change it every time to get "all" the information for a job; thus, defaulting to show you/us everything relevant, instead of only the user created items.

Multi-Select Dropdown Option Field Type
I love the new "Option" Field in JN, however, I would like to see another field or an option when creating this field to allow users to select as many as they want from the dropdown.
My current work around is to create two or more separate Option fields. It is a little overwhelming though how long the "Edit Job" or "Edit Contact" screen appears when you have so many fields added to it, especially when it could be condensed by allowing this suggestion of a "Check all that apply" type field to be added.

Custom Fields by Type (Contact, Job, WO)
Custom fields should be linked to the contact type (the same should apply to job type, and WO Templates as well). This way we can have custom fields based on the contact type we are using. Instead of fields that aren't applicable to the contact type.

Checklists
Also include option to make required before changing status.
We have a fairly extensive workflow list (over 40 items) for one of our job types. I have struggled whether to build the list "past tense or future tense" with steps that "still need to be done" or "have been done" ex: Need to Order Permit vs. Permit ordered. The issue is if a job has a workflow status that has been completed (Permit ordered) its not really displaying what i need to do next. Also a problem is if we do steps out of turn which often happens then we…
