Additional filtering options and bulk edit from contact list view
I'd like to treat the Contacts more like a standard CRM that we can filter, then bulk edit rather than having to create a report to bulk edit that will end up being removed immediately after anyway.

Add Phone & Email as Contact/Job Field Types
The phone field should have the same () _-______ x_____ layout that JN's built in phone field has to create standardization of incoming data, and both should be hyperlinked.

Turn off drop downs/pop ups in new contacts
When I am creating a NEW customer the drop downs/pop ups get in the way. Nothing I have entered before apply to NEW customers. We just got 300+ calls in a week and that slowed us down so much. When adding additional contacts I use duplicate and make changes. This works great. We tried turning off pop ups in web browser but that did not change the long pop up/drop down that gets in the way when you start to type a name or address or email.

Assign multiple reps to contacts automatically
Be able to choose multiple users that will be assigned to a new contact automatically.
Assign all past contacts in the system to multiple users using batch (bulk edit) instead of doing one at a time

Notify salesperson when they are removed from contact or job
When a person is removed or changed from a contact or job they should be notified of the change so things don't slip through the cracks.

Have boards show email notifications on the cards
When you are looking at boards, it would be nice to have a notification pop up that an email has been received from the contact to better engage on replying back to the client.

Email field for Job
Have the Job template information to include email. That way when an automation is trigger it will send to that email that is associated to the job as well as related contacts

Dropdown Boxes / Toggles / Checklist options for material Orders & Work Orders
Have material order and workorders have more customization (like the forms that we saw at JNSS21), I would love my work orders to have the ability to have a Yes/No checkbox and drop down box options, would save on multiple templates being created.

Need fields for Bill To Address and Job Address - they are often not the same
We need a Bill To Address and a Job Address as separate options since those addresses are many times different when dealing with a Commercial entities that are doing work for homeowners.

Create contact from job
Occasionally a sales rep gets excited to create a job. They enter all the contact details however, they do not create the Contact. Can the Contact be created from the Job details automatically so that we do not have to Add Contact and manually enter all the contact details. If not automatically, have the Contact form auto-populate with the contact information when the Add Contact is selected.

Board Card Assignments - Sales rep, Production Person, etc.
It would be nice to have the ability to select which nimbus user account is displayed on the boards within a category. Under say our estimated category I'd like to have it show me the salesperson who is assinged to that contact, but under the scheudled jobs category I'd like to see which crew is assigned to that job.
