  1. Email - forwarding and replying

    Please display the associated emails within the contact when replying or forwarding an email. Currently, you have to type every email address in ...instead of the drop down box displaying with the contact and company email addresses.

  2. Keep Insert Template Field open when clicked

    If the Insert Template Field menu would stay open when clicked and close either by clicking the button again, making a selection, or clicking outside of the menu. If the menu would scroll independently so all items can be shown in a smaller space should help with the menus containing a large list.

  3. @mentions have a received or checked feature.

    The ability to have a received feature on @mentions so those that tagged know when the tagged person has viewed the tag.

  4. When using email templates do not have them delete the existing text written.

    When responding to an email, we will select under “Insert Template” our individual template that will insert our Signature. When we do this, it deletes the subject line. If we have already typed something in the body and then go to insert our signature, it will delete the entire body that we typed up.

    It would be great if we could create a droplist of email contacts when trying to send email instead of typing in the email address every single time.

  7. Be able to choose the Sender on Automated Emails.

    The ability to choose the sender on automated emails rather than, it defaulting to the company @jobnimbusmail email.

  8. Automated email attachments

    I would like automated emails to have the ability to include attachments from the job file. For example, I use about 6 different purchase orders at different stages of each job. If I uploaded each purchase order as it's own "attachment category" then it would be nice to have an automated email sent at different stages and automatically include the job specific purchase order that is uploaded to it's own unique attachment category.

  9. Red Flag or Identifier to show when a customer sent in a new email.

    WHen a new email is recieved, a red icon or some sort of identifier along with automatic emails may help our logos keep better track of who needs to be responded too.

  10. When scheduling a sub, it should not be an automatic email.

    When you assign a sub to a job, they get an email but sometimes it could be useful to be able to add notes to the body of an email.

  11. chat portal

    I think I have an Idea that will ***** the code to usher in trillions of dollars a year. Jobnimbus should develop a client based app for contacts (clients) to download on their phones/ & or an online portal to sign into, that will allow clients to communicate to personnel directly into their "contact". This chat feature should be accessed in the activity, documents, financials etc. bar. This will allow companies to properly document communications and manage promptness of communications. I know, its brilliant. Thanks in advance

  12. Red alert dot notification on job boards or in contact boards.

    Instead of getting 100 emails on notifications you can use this option to alert the single job or contact board with a red or whatever color you choose, that there is a note- message -email or whatever needs your attention that you need to look at.

  13. Incoming Emails - assign/attach to a Job

    Allow for assigning an incoming email to a job.

    Currently I receive emails into JN but can not assign them to the appropriate job. This would be useful instead of remembering which contact sent the email to find said email.

  14. Activity Notes and Email replies...

    Please DISABLE function of replying direct from email in ACTIVITY NOTES... and force all to use the BLUE BUTTON called "VIEW NOTE" in the actual email itself...or please disable all the verbiage that populates in the notes section unnecessarily when someone chooses to reply in the email instead of doing this properly :-)

  15. Add Attachments to Work Order Email

    Sometimes we need to send some supporting documents or photos along with the work order to the assigned subcontractor.

    We need an attachment button.

    Currently, we send the work order by sending email from the main job page, ellipsis - send email - select email template, but by using this route, we have to enter the subcontractor's email address manually

  16. MORE EMAIL RECIPIENTS FOR EMAILING DOCUMENTS

    Currently, JN's Document option only allows the primary contact as the recipient. No additional address field.

    Would be great if we can add multiple email addresses and cc & bcc fields.

    Also, having a contact list (list of team members, or regular contacts) to choose recipients from.

  17. Allow CC and BCC fields in emails

    CC & BCC fields are a must.

    Also:
    In any email format, the team members' and subcontractors' email addresses to be available as an option.

    Or, a contact list so we just need to click the recipients instead of typing the address in every single email.

    As of now, in the job section, only the listed primary email, sales rep, assigned and related contact available.

    We communicate regularly with vendor reps, subcontractors, and team members as admin and project managers.

  18. Internal Messaging/emailing system within system with employees

    Having a messenger or email system to talk to our employees directly out in the field would be super helpful. We have several locations and this would be amazing. Sometimes they cannot get calls or texts but Jobnimbus works for them and getting a message to them or a mass one to all employee ( or those chosen) would change the game forus.

  19. In app chat

    Would love a function where we can chat live within our company. We have several locations and the notes/@ function just clogs up emails and is not seen. If there was a feature to have a messenger type function that would make communication easier between companies and our guys/ladies in the field.

  20. Use existing subject when replying to an email with a template

    Keep/maintain/use the existing subject line when replying to an email with an email template.

    Currently users have to copy the existing subject to their clipboard before selecting the template, then paste the original subject back in after the template has overridden it.
