  2. email tracking.

    Our last [free & terrible] CRM automatically tracked all incoming & outgoing emails addressed to or from an email address on one of our contacts. This way, the whole team could all see & read all emails along with time stamps for any contact. In JobNimbus, things are slipping through the cracks because people on our team are constantly forgetting to open JN every time they send or receive an email so they can manually create a note containing what was already written on the email. Please, please add this feature! Thank you.

  3. Display pictures in Email

    It would be really great if the photos and documents that were attached to the emails actually showed as icons in the email threads instead of links. This would make identifying pictures at a glance easier.

    Currently what you have to do is download every image you want to see in order to view them. This makes discussing claims with insurance cumbersome.

  5. Thread or conversation feature on Job/Contact activity section

    Feature to reply to a comment posted in the activity center. When lots of ppl are working on a job or contact the activity section gets congested. Being able to have a single thread that you can reply to would help organize the activity section.

  6. Ability to turn off notifications at anytime desired by each user.

    I'm told our Techs are unable to turn off notifications that pop up at 2:30am in the morning.

    Notifications should be customizable.

  7. Removing "Re: [JobNimbus]" from every reply through Gmail

    Every time a contact replies & our users reply back using Gmail (which is where we reply from, not in JobNimbus) it adds a new "Re:[JobNimbus]" for each reply, totaling up on a subject line making it visually unappealing/confusing to customers.

    If no plans for an Gmail integration in future, we would like to at least see this feature of lengthening the subject line removed please

  8. More than one email address per contact

    I'd like to "share" a file with someone else, but there is only 1 email address that can be assigned with a particular contact. For example an appraiser, public adjuster or attorney. Or for example I'd like to email State Farm and invoice or permit receipt, but have to manually enter the email address each time.

  9. Track when a client opens estimates and invoices

    notifications when a lead or client opened a sent estimate or invoice. I currently use Joist App just for that reason

  11. Email recipients should include "Assigned To"

    When emailing a work order, I should be able to select whoever the order is assigned to from the recipient list.

  12. Create an Inbox or View of Emails Sent to @jobnimbusmail.com account

    The customer would like the ability to have an inbox or some view of emails sent to @jobnimbusmail.com account. Only workaround is to create a custom activity report to view these, currently.

  13. Emails split between contacts

    We have customers that we do several different things for at several different addresses. To keep them separate we create a separate contact for each address. However all the emails associated with one email address upload into all the contacts that have the same email address. This feature is very dangerous for us. We have almost done work for customers that was not necessary because the signed contract was for another address. It also makes it very hard to make sure that all the information is accurate and for the correct address. I know the contact # is on the…

  14. one click calling clients from within desktop

    Would be awesome if when working within the desktop version, office personell can click and call clients. Have no clue what it would take to make that happen, but JN does everything else-I believe you can do it! Thanks.

  15. Ability to change message sent when "sharing" with a customer

    It would be really nice to have the ability to personalize the message when "sharing" a job with the customer. Adding information for the customer about their job is important however, with the current pre-typed message you cannot do that and it feels too informal.

  16. Ability to Access Company Documents On Contacts/Jobs & When Emailing

    At present, we can create an email and attach photos or documents, but when we need a Company document we have to upload it each time to each Contact/Job that needs this form also. If Company documents selection were enabled, it would be great.

  19. Inbox for Email

    Why in the world doesnt JobNimbus have an inbox? I'll trade that so-called dashboard in for an inbox any day. There is no way to look in jobnimbus and tell you have an email. At least add the email to the dashboard so it can be checked without having to go look in my email client first just to be told I was sent an email through jobnimbus. Please add this asap.

    Thanks for your submission! In all honesty, JobNimbus doesn’t have an inbox at this time because we wanted to get the email functionality in your hands first since building an inbox takes more time to develop.

    This is on our list, however, and we hope to build a great way for you to manage your incoming and outgoing messages in the near future!

    I wish JobNimbus had the ability to record calls and or text messages per client. This way if an agent is in the field had to make or take a quick call it would record the notes based off of the number dialed to record the interaction. Additionally if a user takes a call and can't remember who they spoke with it would already be sourced per client number.
