  1. Email Notifications within JobNimbus

    JobNimbus is so great at handling emails to customers and their replies, that I'd love to bypass our own email service entirely. Going along with the ability to reply directly (as per another thread), it'd be great if there was a way to choose where you want to see emails.

    One method might be that emails replied to and sent back to JN would show up like a task (or perhaps have their own Dashboard area) that could be customized (customer, job, subject, attachment icon, date/time, reply, assign (to another JN user) etc.

    This could make managing the email funnel…

  2. Forgot Attachment? Alert When Emailing And Mentioned Attachment

    If attachment-related words are detected in the subject line or body of an email and user sends without attachments, show an alert for user to confirm if they meant to attach something or to send anyway.

    Include words for attached, attachment, etc.

    Basically, what I am asking for is that when you go to send an email and it has certain key words regarding an attachment that if something is not attached when you go to send it will give you a warning message stating an attachment is missing. At that point you can either choose to go back…

  3. Autofill email addresses

    When you are sending an email out of Job Nimbus you only have the option to select the subs or contact that you assigned to job. If you are adding someone else you have to look up the email address elsewhere. It would be nice if this field would function more like outlook or gmail by auto filling as you begin to type the name or part of the email.

  4. Ability to Select Attachments From Related Contact/Job When Emailing

    I want to be able to send my sub-contractor an email with an eagleview report from multiple other contacts that are my customers in JobNimbus as attachments. I can see the eagleviews under my sub-contractor's "Attachments", so long as "related" is checked, but when I try to send a note (note type: email) to my subcontractor and add the eagleviews by selecting "attachments" in the note options, I have nothing to chose from.

  5. Text Message (SMS) Notifications

    Many other CRMs and Project Mgmt software have the ability to choose SMS text messages as a form of delivery. This allows those in the field to get the message instantly without having to log into the mobile app or their email.

    Update: Mobile 2.0 allows you to send text messages on a job or contact and captures those messages inside JobNimbus as a note. This can help to achieve similar results, though not automated just yet.

    You can turn on Push Notifications to get notifications sent right to your smartphone or tablet. It’s better than email for some team members and better than texts since it can go to every device regardless of the SIM card (or lack thereof).

  6. Email Integration Extension for Chrome/Gmail

    Email integration through an extension in Chrome/Gmail to allow emails to easily be attached to a contact by searching for the contact by name through means of a drop down menu button within the external email browser.

    This would eliminate the need to forward emails by means of subject line editing and forwarding to the JN email. Our customer have expressed that are confused as to who the email is coming from when a few of our personnel are replying through JN--as these replies us the same JN email, not our individual email addresses.

  7. Email inbox - an Email Tab to view emails sent and received

    It would be so helpful to be able to view all the emails sent in one location, instead of having to track it by each job/client. I could imagine a tab on the left that shows all the emails sorted by most recent, where you could also view if someone replied.

  8. Attachment Type selector on the "Share" page

    When sharing a job file with the customer they get to see our public notes and attachments. HOWEVER, like most restoration contractors there are several hundred photos attached. Digging through those photos to find documents is time consuming and frustrating. Can you add a drop down for file types like there is for the log-in users? Photos, documents, estimates, etc.

  9. Copying in on JN emails (CC, BCC)

    CC on an email when sent out of NImbus. As the moment you can send to more than one individual but not cc. This would be useful as you can copy in customers, insurance adjusters, property managers, and more on email correspondence about a claim inside JN.

  10. Notifications Center

    A unified place for @Mentions, related activity, new assignments, and more.

    "When I'm mentioned, I get an e-mail. That's great unless I don't check my e-mail. It would be nice when I'm in Nimbus to have all of the @mentions with the associated information listed in a box on the dashboard."

  11. Deep Links in Mobile for Email Notifications

    Ex. When I get an email notification of a new lead on my phone, I would like clicking on the contact links to take me to the mobile app instead of the desktop version of the website. If it's difficult to differentiate, perhaps the option of placing mobile-app specific links would be a good solution.

  12. Team Chat

    Have onine chat system so I could chat with al my team contacts even if they are not in the office. Just like MSN or live chat on Facebook, it would be nice if I could chat with anyone online who is on my team or contacts list from the office/company. For example, my boss lives in Edmonton so if we were both logged in then we could chat live if we need anything or if we are working on a file at same time.

  14. Email Signatures

    This should be as easy as taking the contact information from the user and dropping HTML code to pull that info from the database. The user would have a checkbox option to include signature, which would be selected by default.

    You can use Email Templates to add signatures for each user when sending emails from either the Add Note feature or when sending automated emails.

    Direct email signatures per user from their profile is still on our development list but this is a great workaround in the meantime.

  15. User Customizable Sender E-mail Address

    Ability to use personal or business email address as the sender for emails sent from JobNibmus.

  17. The wording of "please Reply All" for hard coded email templates.

    When sending a document for a signature, the email sent is hard coded and cannot be edited. However, it does not specify Reply All and not all clients know to select Reply All and we do not know about all of our responses from clients because of it.

  18. @mentions should include Date of Activity

    At present, when @mentions go out we get the note but not the date the activity occurred. please add so when the email arrives it is available and prevents having to click over just to see because when we click over since no date given we land on the activity with no reference and have to start HUNTING for it/ looking for it hoping for a match.

  19. JobNimbus Email Forwarding Address

    At present, it appears the Jobnimbus email can only forward to one email address. It would be nice if adding a comma after the first would allow our clients to add more than one email forwarding address.

  20. Automated Scheduled Email Campaigns

    We'd like the ability to tell Job Nimbus to send an email to a client... on a certain date, not just when status is changed, etc.

    Thank you for your submission! With our focus being on the sales and project sides directly, we have elected for now to rely on services that are dedicated to email delivery that include double opt-in, subscription management, spam prevention, visual emails, list management, and more (things that would take our focus off making a great tool for our customers).

    You can accomplish this now by using our integration with Zapier. With this, you can send your client records out to MailChimp, Constant Contact, or another email service and prepare rich, visual emails that offer subscription & spam management.
