    It would be great if estimate templates were more customizable so that we can remove total/subtotal from estimates when necessary.

  2. Manually Set Profit or Margin

    Have the ability to manually add a profit number as well as the existing profit slider. Often we know we have a minimum profit amount needed.

  3. Allow Special Instructions section to be removed from Estimate templates

    Would like to eliminate sections from my Templates in order to avoid blank pages in my Estimates when the Special Instructions field is empty

  5. the ability to modify column size on estimate and invoice templates

    Currently, lots of space is wasted on estimate forms because you cannot modify the item column. It takes up too much space; making an otherwise one page estimate into a two page estimate. I don't like it.

  6. More Control Over Estimate Status Sync to QuickBooks

    We often have jobs with multiple revisions of a quote and multiple estimates. When this is synced with Quickbooks, it pulls over ALL estimates regardless of their status. Could we have the "denied" estimates either NOT sync with Quickbooks or at least sync to the inactive estimate status within quickbooks?

    Otherwise, we have to sort through them manually to determine which is the correct estimate to bill from etc.

  7. Multiple Spots for Signature/Initials in NSE

    It would be nice if we had the option to insert a signature/initial field in the Estimate for NSE. Right now, there is only the one signature page available, and this doesn't work for our business at this time. Currently, we are sending our Project Agreements through Adobe Sign, but would prefer to have everything in one place!

  8. Only sync QuickBooks summary data over to JobNimbus per job/contact (ie: totals for invoices, amount due, payments)

    Request:
    We want the ability see SOME invoice info (without the entire invoice syncing over) such as:
    Total Amount of all invoices per job/contact
    Amount Due of all invoices per job/contact

    This request applies in the same way for payments syncing over such as syncing over only the Total Amount Paid per job/contact.

    Reason for need:
    Invoices do not sync over correctly from QuickBooks because JobNimbus doesn't allow line items with no "Item Name" /"Product/service" selected. We need to be able to have line items that are purely descriptive with no price. This requires a "Product/service" NOT to be selected.…

  9. Receipt of Payment from Payments

    Under "Payments" Click on the payment's, 3 buttons (where Edit & Delete is) and have an option for Email, to send a receipt of payment and be able to automatically send a receipt of payment receipt once down payment is made. (We require a signed estimate and a deposit down prior to starting a customers project and do not invoice them out until, the job is completed. In which they have 30 days to pay.) We would like to not have to go into another app (JobNimbus Payments App) to have to physically send one each time.

  10. "Show More" Product Option on NSE

    Allow a "show more" drop down when searching a product to add as a line item. In Legacy Estimates it gives you the option to show more but with nse its only the first 6 in alphabetical order.

  11. When creating an estimate being able to send an email with the estimate without needing a signature and auto populate to documents tab

    Two Ideas for Estimates
    1. Being able to send an estimate via email without needing a signature and just the viewing pleasure
    2. Having the estimates auto populate into the "Documents" tab of a customer when finished filling out

  12. 🪲Bug/Issue with Markup calculation in Reports🪲

    I've stumbled across a bug where the markup calculation isn't able to generate because "Cost" and "Total/Revenue" are equal, despite cost being different in the estimate. After some research, the common denominator appears to be single line estimates where the Product has a UOM of "Item"

  14. Separating material, labor and markup costs and prices per section option.

    We typically send pricing for multiple scopes of work and when a job is completed and we're getting ready to pay our subcontractors we like to reference the initial estimate to see what we priced for true labor cost and we need to see it per section but right now the labor and material costs are for the entire estimate. An option to see the costs broken out per sections would be helpful.

  15. Budget Payout Date Change

    Coming from a business that has been operating and signed up with JobNimbus later on in the year, the budgets are being implemented to see what our profit to loss ratio is looking like as well as the evaluate expenses. When building these budgets the Sales Reps that have already been paid their commission on the job are getting confused because the "Mark Paid" button does not have an option to change the payout date. Especially if you are paying out 20-30 people as I do on Fridays, I would like to be able to back date for future date…

  16. JobNimbus Payments: Separate charge for ACH fee

    There should be a separately charged fee for ACH payments processed through JN Payments. We just started using the new payments system and it is really messing up our accounting by pulling the fee directly out of the invoiced amount.

    Example) Invoice for $2,600 --> $13 fee charged to us --> $ Received payment of $2,587

    Our quick workaround has been to alter the total invoice amount to the amount, post fee, so our synced payments can be tied to a specific job during our accounting/reconciliation. This will get exceedingly annoying if we keep using this payments system.

  17. Duplicate an Estimate

    There is a duplicate feature, but it cannot be used to duplicate an estimate. It would be a lot easier to duplicate an estimate in case we need to move an estimate to another contact, a related contact, or second job under the same contact, etc.

  18. Don't automatically round line items

    Line items are automatically rounded up to the nearest cent. Add ability to disable that for things line insurance claims where they have to match exactly.

  19. Include Sunlight Financing on Estimates

    The option to include sunlight financing on the estimate template via like a checkbox or a button would be very useful. Especially if it can take the estimate total and provide the different financing options as a button on the estimate directly below the total.
