Boards Horizontal Scrolling
In the Board view, which let's be honest, is the best part about JobNimbus, it would be super beneficial to be able to scroll horizontally with our mouse wheel.
The Board is wider than it is tall, and I feel this would be a massive improvement over trying to grab that tiny little scroll bar at the bottom.4 votes -

Im trying to figure out why the feature of seeing all team members calendars was not implemented in the new app?? My sales people need to be able to click and see our site assessors calendar without pulling up the desktop site (because guess what the desktop site is definitely not app product friendly, it is so glitchy!) please add that option as wells as the boards option to the new app otherwise its useless to our company.

Boards assigned to team members
I cannot stress this one enough, i dont know how it isnt already implemented! There needs to be an option (like the filter option) to assign boards to certain team members. Then when a contact of work order enters that board those team members are automatically assigned that contact. How does it help me to move a project into the engineering board and send them a task if they are not able to see that contact without me going in and assigning the contact to them? Add Phone & Email as Contact/Job Field Types
The phone field should have the same () _-______ x_____ layout that JN's built in phone field has to create standardization of incoming data, and both should be hyperlinked.

Notify salesperson when they are removed from contact or job
When a person is removed or changed from a contact or job they should be notified of the change so things don't slip through the cracks.

Create contact from job
Occasionally a sales rep gets excited to create a job. They enter all the contact details however, they do not create the Contact. Can the Contact be created from the Job details automatically so that we do not have to Add Contact and manually enter all the contact details. If not automatically, have the Contact form auto-populate with the contact information when the Add Contact is selected.

Merged data in Contact/Jobs
Intake, Contact & jobs should be combined data. Not entering the same information multiple times. When a contact comes up all the information is listed and jobs are listed underneath with the email and job nimbus correspondence. Multiple pages are not necessary and require additional work for the rep.

Add checkbox next to phone # to indicate primary point of contact
The customer would like a checkbox next to a phone number to indicate it is the primarily point of contact of their customer.

Add related contact to job without all of the related contact's previous emails being posted on your new job.
I have a board with all of my suppliers on it as contacts. When I create a new job, I would like to be able to add the supplier I will be using for this customer as a related contact and only see emails to and from this supplier that are relevant to the job I have just created.

When putting in an address when creating a job or contact, it auto-populates the zip code associated with the address.
If you type in an address when creating a contact or job within JobNimbus, it does not populate the associated zip code, which can be frustrating if you have to go find out what zip code is associated with the address.

Consolidate Photo Uploads
It would be really helpful if the activity log could consolidate photo uploads. Right now, when multiple photos are uploaded at once, each one generates its own separate “photo uploaded to job” entry. This clutters the activity feed and makes it harder to track other important updates. Ideally, a single log entry could summarize the batch upload (e.g., “10 photos uploaded to job”), keeping the feed more organized and readable.

Email Automation Shutoff
The ability to shut jobs (or contacts) off from receiving emails triggered by automations you have set up. For example if a quote is sent out and you have an automation set up to send a follow up email 2,7,14,and 30 days after, you could shut a job off from this rule because they already told you they need x amount of time to make a decision.
This would avoid emails going out to jobs that technically fall under the rules of the automation but don't need the follow up.

when opening the sidebar there is no field for note taking, making the sidebar barely usable for everyday tasks

Separate Activity & Notes
I feel like notes should have it's own designated space like tasks, documents, financials, etc. because often times important notes get lost once there are automations, emails, etc. that occur. Or separating 'Communication' from the notes & activity would also be helpful.

customer type box for color choices
When a customer Signs our "Contract" I want to be able to have a box that is required to be filled out that the customer would type in their color choices for roof, siding, gutters, etc... These items are crucial to have all in one spot for transparency and to cover ourselves due to discrepancies after install. This is a huge NEED
