ADD LEAD SOURCE TO CONTACTS ON JOBV2
On the new "job experience" Lead Source is ONLY on Jobs not on Contacts. Need this on Contacts levels. Also must be able to run reports on Lead sources to track our lead flow.

I’m getting complaints from my estimators about creating a contact through the “add job”. When you create a contact leading into a job I have 4 complaints: Phone number is a required field, email is a required field, the zip code doesn’t auto fill the city, and the state is a drop down selection requiring a break in flow when it should/could default to Washington. I know you can easily change this because none of these are the case when you “add contact”. I want “create new contact” when creating a job to be the same as when you just…

Autofill sales rep & assigned to in v2 of jobs
Currently the fields show up blank. It should be fairly straightforward to make them default to the rep creating the job

Job view - customization of job creation
when creating a new job a lot of necessary fields and custom fields are not showing up. Is there a chance we can get a feature that lets us customize the job view depending on our necessities?

Separate Activity & Notes
I feel like notes should have it's own designated space like tasks, documents, financials, etc. because often times important notes get lost once there are automations, emails, etc. that occur. Or separating 'Communication' from the notes & activity would also be helpful.

customer type box for color choices
When a customer Signs our "Contract" I want to be able to have a box that is required to be filled out that the customer would type in their color choices for roof, siding, gutters, etc... These items are crucial to have all in one spot for transparency and to cover ourselves due to discrepancies after install. This is a huge NEED

Limit access on work orders to change status but not edit or create.
We really need our subcontractors inside of jobnumbus to have access to change the status of a work order to complete, but for obvious reasons they need to not be able to edit or create work orders.

Auto-Fill Addresses Later
When adding in a job address, entering the zip code auto-fills city and state. However, if you save a job with no address info at all and then go to add it, the __-_ lines do not appear in the zip and it does not autofill the city and state when entered. Please add this so things are easier to update when needed.

Be able to set any field as 'required' and not just the custom ones
Be able to set any field as required and not just custom fields. For example email address or lead source should be able to be made required. This assist in pulling more accurate reports.

Add "Tasks" to the Contact Page on Jobs V2
Currently there is a tab on the "Job page" for "Job Tasks"
On a contact page only the following tabs exist: Activity, Jobs,, Financials.Can we please get a tab for "Tasks" on the contact page?

Connecting attachments to new jobs from old jobs
Maybe like a move files option or a dialog box pops up like when you merge a job but you just do the photos? Or work orders or whatever? It would also be handy for when we have warranty jobs because the sales person always wants to look at the original work order and photos to see what we did last time.

Create a job section for notes only. Notes get lost within all of the activity updates.
If there was a dedicated notes section in each job, it would be easy to see all progress within the notes.

Button on Contact to print out contact record that prints right then, not have to press print 4 times

Duplicate Estimates Between Jobs
When you have an estimate that is already written but either put on the contact or under the wrong job you should be able to duplicate it and choose the job you want it to go to. Instead of it just duplicating directly into same job and place. Duplication is not useful with out being able to move it.

Staying Put
When I am viewing a Form Response (or work order, etc.) and I am done and hit the Back button, I would like to be taken back to the list of Form Responses instead of being taken to Activity. If I have several Forms to look at, it is exceedingly frustrating and inefficient to have to click on the Forms tab every single time. Just leave me where I'm at.

Selective Merging
Would like to be able to choose what info is merged from which contact.
Context:
2 of the same client with non-identical info - 1 has the phone #, the other has the email, preferred name on one profile, etc. Would like to pick what info is merged, Boolean style - this or that.
Would make the merge capability much more effective and cut down on the amount of work to update the info with what doesn't get transferred.3 votes -
Drop Down List For Project Manager and Superintendents
I would Like to see a drop down list for different job contacts names and email addresses. I have several General Contractors have have mutiple managers and superintendents per job. I hate changing the main "Contact" email and name every time I want to email a different superintendent on different jobs.
