Good news! We are planning to improve this functionality in an upcoming release. Phone numbers (and other contact information) from the related Contacts will be displayed prominently on the Job view screen. This will mean you no longer have to click into the Contact from the Job to find the phone number or email address.
We expect this update to release in the next 30 days.

Tasks is a great way to mitigate this situation, but we know that having a lightweight checklist would be a lot more convenient for something like this. It’s on our list!

We need more controls on what users are able to add or manipulate items. Currently anyone can add new items, which creates issues with similar duplicate items being added, as well as what income accounts they tie to in QuickBooks sync. I don't like the idea that anyone can add new items, manipulate the description, and change the pricing.

When looking at a job on the desktop version, you currently can't see the phone number or email address of the parent contact, and it would be nice to both see this info while in the job card, but also edit this information specific to the job, because sometimes, especially when working for a property management company, we have a parent contact/business that all the jobs/work orders are performed for and billed to, but we also have different managers we stay in contact with specific to each job, and it would be nice to be able to change this info for each job.
