Be able to add notes, and schedule
Whenever creating a contact/job being able to add a note and tag the salesman from that screen, also being able to schedule at the same time so when you save the job everything is done. Instead of saving the job still having to go add a note then having to still go under task to schedule.

Contact info under the job for job specific contacts.
It would be nice to be able to list a specific contact under a job that is different than the parent or main contact name. For instance, when a property management company had different people managing different properties it can get confusing on how to organize the info. ie: Bigg Properties is the main billing contact. John is the rep for project A. Jamie is the contact for project B. I can link each contact to the job and keep the primary contact as Bigg Properties but when Im creating proposals I have to manually go in and type in…

Use Bulk Edit to Trigger Automation
I would like to be able to use the reports and bulk edit function to move groups of contacts out of one status and into another to trigger an automation all at once, rather than manually moving each job.

Dropdown Boxes / Toggles / Checklist options for material Orders & Work Orders
Have material order and workorders have more customization (like the forms that we saw at JNSS21), I would love my work orders to have the ability to have a Yes/No checkbox and drop down box options, would save on multiple templates being created.

Create contact from job
Occasionally a sales rep gets excited to create a job. They enter all the contact details however, they do not create the Contact. Can the Contact be created from the Job details automatically so that we do not have to Add Contact and manually enter all the contact details. If not automatically, have the Contact form auto-populate with the contact information when the Add Contact is selected.

Multiple Statuses for Jobs/Contacts
For example, if we collected a payment, while waiting on status of an inspection, I would like to have 2 statuses active showing that we did collect the payment, and that we are still waiting on inspection.

Consolidate Photo Uploads
It would be really helpful if the activity log could consolidate photo uploads. Right now, when multiple photos are uploaded at once, each one generates its own separate “photo uploaded to job” entry. This clutters the activity feed and makes it harder to track other important updates. Ideally, a single log entry could summarize the batch upload (e.g., “10 photos uploaded to job”), keeping the feed more organized and readable.

Email Automation Shutoff
The ability to shut jobs (or contacts) off from receiving emails triggered by automations you have set up. For example if a quote is sent out and you have an automation set up to send a follow up email 2,7,14,and 30 days after, you could shut a job off from this rule because they already told you they need x amount of time to make a decision.
This would avoid emails going out to jobs that technically fall under the rules of the automation but don't need the follow up.

Referral Option with Lead Source Field
I would like when I select referral for lead source that it gives me another drop down to connect a contact to this referral. At that point I should be able to create a new contact if need be or link it to a contact already in the system. Then from that I would like a KPI in the contact so when I go look at that contact I can see "referred jobs" and their status - closed won, lost, waiting for payment, whatever it may be. This would give me great tracking ability on whos referring who and if…

Creating Multiple Categories for Job Fields
We have alot of commercial and residential clients and we use the Job Feilds as a template of questions for our receptionists ask during job creation. These question normally only apply to residential full replacement customers so we just have to type a note for commercial clients. It would be great to be able to create entirely different templates in Job Fields for each different job type.

filter for automations
Search/Filter bar for automations within the automations page. We have 68 automations. I'm having to manually scroll down each page visually searching for automations by title. I will soon need to duplicate many of them for 2 new locations.

Not Require Adding a Phone Number and Email when adding a Contact.
On JobsV2 I would like to be able to add a contact without having to add a phone number and email. We don't always have that information available when we get a new lead.

Have the option to assign a sales rep to a contact when creating a Job in Jobsv2
I would like the option to assign a sales rep to both the contact and the job when creating a job in JobsV2. This way the sales rep would be able to see the name of the contact.
