Schedule Email Send Option
Since I tend to work late night on my JN accounts, it would be helpful for homeowners to receive an email first thing in the morning rather than midnight. If we had an option to delay the email to be sent, it would look more professional on our end.

It would be great if we could create a droplist of email contacts when trying to send email instead of typing in the email address every single time.

Should not have to ask customers to hit "Reply All" on emails
My only ‘concern’ with this process is we have no control over making sure a customer hits ‘reply all’. I trust this is something that this is something that will change soon. It sounds like a significant area of opportunity.

Integration with virtual phone - VOIP
We use a virtual cloud based phone system. All of our communications are from individual phone numbers but the outgoing calls through the phone system all show the company number. I would love to see some sort of integration ability to be developed that allows the phone to push it to the virtual phone app.

To be able to add multiple email addresses. Or once you add contact fields to be able to add in the drop down for email receipients

Mailbox for @jobnimbusmail.com email, or more forwarding options
There should be a way to check email coming into the @jobnimbusmail.com address. sometimes emails don't forward properly to the forwarding address, and I would like to be able to somehow see all the mail in that mailbox. Either a mailbox type view, or more advanced forwarding options would be great.

Choose who gets reply notifications
It would be great if we could choose what users should get reply notifications. As of right now, only the sender receives notifications when a contact replies to an email.

Replies to automated emails
When someone replies to an automated email the reply is just added to the customer/job from which the automation initiated.
It would be great if the replay was also sent as an actual email to preferable the Sales Rep or Admin.

Reply all function to include original author and/or recipients.
Ability to “Reply” to notes on Jobnimbus. Specifically, on the mobile app
So, if someone tags me and 3 other people in a note, can I hit some kind of “Reply” button to make a note tagging the original note author, and the others who were tagged.
This would avoid constantly having to write each team member (@name @name @name)

Add activity when call is placed from RingCentral on Desktop
Please carry over the feature within the Mobile App to the Desktop version of JN that automatically leaves a timestamp of the call with an option of leaving a note.

Email formatting options
allow email formatting within jobs/ contacts. Currently when i load a template email and need to make changes, it changes the font and looks terribly unprofessional. I'd like to have all the same editing tools in every single email module within JN please!

In app chat
Would love a function where we can chat live within our company. We have several locations and the notes/@ function just clogs up emails and is not seen. If there was a feature to have a messenger type function that would make communication easier between companies and our guys/ladies in the field.

Use existing subject when replying to an email with a template
Keep/maintain/use the existing subject line when replying to an email with an email template.
Currently users have to copy the existing subject to their clipboard before selecting the template, then paste the original subject back in after the template has overridden it.

JobNimbus Email Forwarding Address
At present, it appears the Jobnimbus email can only forward to one email address. It would be nice if adding a comma after the first would allow our clients to add more than one email forwarding address.
