Minimum Margin Per Workflow
Having more than one type of job we do, we have different required margins and there is an option for only ONE set margin. I'd like to have the ability to set the required margins per workflow, not a blanket margin.

Financing Show All Options on NSE Estimate
Currently, with the Sunlight Financial Integration on the New Sales Experience, can only provide one financing option at a time. It would be better if we could just have it show all the options, and the customer could then choose. This would reduce the time for us and allow the customer to make that decision themselves.

Financing For All Estimates
Currently, with the New Sales Experience, financing needs to be enabled per estimate. It would be best if we could enable it for all estimates to give the option to our customers and reduce excess work on our end.

Immediate Payments Deposits
Would be nice to get them even earlier, even within 24 hours instead of the next business day. Jobr had a feature where they could pay a %1 fee to get it immediately, so maybe something like that.

Homeowner Estimate Question Without Sending Attachment Back
Currently with the New Sales Experience, when a customer replies to the signature request with a question it emails us the attachment again, which attaches it to the job record. This creates duplicate documents. It would be better if there were a button so the recipient could raise a question with the estimate and not attach it to the email again. Or if the system could recognize the document is the same and not attach it to the email.

Additional Item Types for Products & Services
Currently you can only identify a product or service as 'labor' or 'material'. This makes it difficult to accurately job cost when we have to include other items/services in our estimates and jobs such as equipment rentals, disposal fees, permits, and other administrative/miscellaneous costs that don't necessarily fall under 'labor' or 'materials'. It would be nice to be able to categorize those items accordingly so we can accurately budget for these items.
Additional item types could include:
Equipment
Disposal
Other (this would be for any other product or service that doesn't fall under labor, material, or the two listed above)6 votes -
Estimate inspection page not displaying as intended
Inspection page is not picking up the first section title, instead is only showing page title, then skipping to the next section title. Would prefer if the text for Inspection is larger than the text for the other section titles as well

Adding lines to estimates
On estimates legacy: having a little tab on each line that allows you to add additional line items above or below that line without having to drag the line from the bottom to where it needs to go on the estimate which is incredibly tedious.

Add Product to Converted Invoices (Legacy Estimate -> New Invoice)
When converting a Legacy Estimate into a New Invoice, you cannot add a new line item until you add a new section. However, if using NSE and New Invoices or Legacy on both, it allows you to add a line item without adding a new section. Would be great if the Legacy -> New conversion allowed for the same.

Products & services reflects Margin vs Markup choice in Estimate Settings
It is confusing to have products & services hard set to markup whereas the New Sales Experience can switch between margin and markup.

Add "Roof Load" to Delivery Options on Material Orders (QXO/Beacon)
Most of our jobs (around 90%) require materials to be loaded directly onto the roof. Currently, the Shipping Method dropdown only includes “PICKUP” and “GROUND DROP.” We're forced to manually type "Please ROOFLOAD" into the Note to Supplier field, which risks being forgotten and could result in incorrect delivery.
We’d like “ROOF LOAD” added as a selectable Shipping Method so it can be consistently applied and communicated to suppliers. This option is already available when ordering through QXO, so we hope it can be added similarly in JobNimbus.

Show DEBIT/CREDIT on Payments
With the new fee passing update of 12-4-2024, debit cards now result in the fee going to the Company. However, cardholders don't always know if their card is a credit card or a debit card. This results in potentially getting hit with a fee that is ~3% of the contract value. We need a way to handle this so it doesn't happen unexpectedly. Possibly something that tells the client if it is Debit or Credit.

Import Measurements to Material Orders and Work Orders without estimate conversion.
I want the ability to create material and work orders using measurements, without needing to convert an estimate first. For example, if you use an estimate template with an Xactimate estimate and enter a lump sum in your estimate, you can’t quickly generate material or work orders because there are no line items in the estimate to pull from. This forces you to manually add line items and enter measurements for each, which is time-consuming.

When working on a job estimate, it would be nice to have the job title at the top of the estimate so they know what job they are working on

Edit Totals Estimate/Line Item
Need to be able to Edit the total of an invoice or the total of the line items directly. We work with insurance that uses Xactimate, and need the line item quantities line item totals, and final total to all match, however, they use up to 4 digits after the decimal so we cannot do this currently.
