You can use Email Templates to add signatures for each user when sending emails from either the Add Note feature or when sending automated emails.
Direct email signatures per user from their profile is still on our development list but this is a great workaround in the meantime.

This is a great example, thank you for sharing! We have many of these same ideas for improving our existing share feature and are working towards that.

JobNimbus Incoming Caller ID on Android is supported on all manufactures except for Samsung. As a result of repeated feedback from our Android users, we now plan to add support for Samsung devices. Development has not started, but we will begin researching the amount of effort for Samsung devices this week.
Samsung settings allow selection of a single installed application for both incoming caller ID and spam filtering. At this time, JobNimbus does not plan to support general spam filtering. Please contact us (reply to this email) if you have feedback regarding this upcoming feature for Samsung devices.
