Eric Broome supported this idea ·An error occurred while saving the comment Eric Broome commentedCouldn't we create an email address specifically for JobNimbus to use, then enter the email address and password in JN, for it to use? That wouldn't be ghosting, that would be legitimately giving JN access to an email address on our company server. I could set that up in 5 minutes, and I'd be willing to test it.
An error occurred while saving the comment Eric Broome commentedcompany@jobnimbusmail.com is NOT professional-looking. Couldn't the email be ghosted to the sales rep's email address?
Could we set up a company server email for jobnimbus to send from and get replies to? I would do that in a heartbeat!

You can use Email Templates to add signatures for each user when sending emails from either the Add Note feature or when sending automated emails.
Direct email signatures per user from their profile is still on our development list but this is a great workaround in the meantime.
An error occurred while saving the comment Eric Broome commentedCurrently, the only way to use Templates is to have a different template for every single person who is sending emails from JN.
And everyone who is doing it has access to everyone else's.
Couldn't each use just set one up? Use name and contact info by default?

This is a great example, thank you for sharing! We have many of these same ideas for improving our existing share feature and are working towards that.
Thank you so much for sticking with us and for providing these great suggestions. I’ll be sure the dev team gets this info and can work towards making it happen!
And we’ll see what we can do about getting you that award ????!

We definitely understand the urgency here and apologize for the lost work and time. We’re looking into this, though we aren’t able to provide an estimate of when this would be available. We’ll keep you posted.

An error occurred while saving the comment Eric Broome commentedMike is right. This integration really only works if we can 1) decide what gets synced and 2) what we decide is quickly and consistently shared to XactAnalysis.

No plans yet, but certainly something we’ve considered and would certainly look into!

This would be almost as huge as a full screen viewer for documents!
Or a two-way QuickBooks sync!
