An error occurred while saving the comment Elizabeth Sanicola commentedIn the past, we were able to edit an estimate and change the contact. This happens quite frequently for us, a contractor will contact us with the initial details and for the estimate. Once the job becomes a contract, the homeowner will request to be the primary contact and needs updated copies of the proposal with their name.
Previously, we could simple add a new contact to the job and make it the primary contact. Then, edit the proposal/estimate and choose the correct contact from a dropdown menu.
This functionality seems to have disappeared and we need it back please!

Would this be for providing emphasis on certain products/services, or certain aspects of products/services? Do you have examples that you could share with us, or specific cases where this would be useful?

An error occurred while saving the comment Elizabeth Sanicola commentedIt would be hugely helpful if you could include an activity section for any automations. This would be a super helpful way to ensure:
1. the automation is working as intended
2. help us see how used/useful the automation is or if we should reevaluate.Seeing just a few of the last times the automation was run (5-10) would probably be sufficient along with the dates they ran on (for frequency checks). Thanks!

Tasks is a great way to mitigate this situation, but we know that having a lightweight checklist would be a lot more convenient for something like this. It’s on our list!

The fastest way to get an attachment from your email into JobNimbus is to forward it to your @jobnimbusmail.com email address and tag it with the contact or job # (see the Email tab in your JobNimbus settings for more details).
You can also drag and drop from a saved file on your computer, but we will look into drag and drop from email services going forward as well.

We want to officially support Change Orders soon, but in the meantime most JobNimbus customers are using Work Orders to manage this work.
As for folders, you can vote for that specific feature here: http://jobnimbus.uservoice.com/forums/136212-general/suggestions/6066331-folders-for-attachments
Alternatively, you can use File Types to act as “folders” for your attachments. You can manage your file types by going to Settings > File Types and setting different ones, essentially what would be “Folders”, and then you can use those “folder” names (or file types) to filter your Attachments list based on those “folders”. It actually works pretty well if you have it set up right.

In addition to above:
We have also been wanting to run reports on specific items so we can review the consistency of pricing based on various factors (location of job, salesperson, time of year, type of customer, etc.).
